Tiny countryside village inside the M25(visited the area)

Tucked away in the Surrey countryside but still located within the M25, Kingswood is a tiny village that is a built-up residential area in parts and open countryside in others. Bordered by towns such as Chipstead, Burgh Heath, Walton-on-the-hill and Tadworth, Kingswood has a tiny population of less than 5,000 people. It is a village that would make a lovely home for retirees and families who don't rely on public transport and don't need to access central London regularly. Although Kingswood has its own train station that runs into Croydon, Caterham, Tattenham Corner and London Bridge, there are no direct bus services running through the village. Locals can, however, enjoy days out in the town centre as there are several independent stores, pubs, food outlets and more. Property in the area consists of mostly large, detached family homes.
