Oh the student life(has lived here)

10 minutes walk from the city centre and all the action of Oxford. Quiet street, especially at the Lake end. Poor parking facilities (if you have a car); if you have a bike take it inside at night (if you want to keep it...). Good student zone, close enough to the city, reasonably close to all the Northside lecture theatres, but most importantly you only have to roll out of bed in the morning and you are at the river for the morning row.

Absolutely concur. Great spot. If you are into getting away from the bustle walk across the railway line heading west and you are into pristine Oxforshire countryside within 30 mins. This gives a great view of those dreaming spires.
