“Newly Development: Great!” (visited the area)

While in the past, this street was a bit derelict, it is now home to quite a few newly developed shops and townhomes. Up the street, there is the Wimbledon Stadium. Gets quite a bit of traffic during the games. There are a few council homes still available on this street, but they are not very prominent.
