Burnham Avenue is a family oriented street with a mix of large terraces and semi-detached houses. Due to the bottom of the street leading to a rough track, it is not used as a through road so traffic volume is low. Parking can be a little bit tricky at times but that is the case in most streets that do not have off-road parking.
