Great street for families / couples(has lived here)

It's a great street away from the busy roads, although you can still hear the traffic on the M6. It provides easy access to Witton lakes and the "baths" (that lake just to the south of Marsh Hill). There are local shops within walking distance. The nearest supermarket (Tesco) is a couple of miles away on Chester Road. It's a little over a mile to the nearest stations (Erdington and Gravelly hill). There are also several bus routes which pass along Marsh Hill lane.
